2. Description of Services

AmmyGold Signature provides professional, high-quality cleaning and garment care services, operating under the principle of "The Algorithm for a Spotless Life."

A. Garment Care & Finishing

This includes washing, drying, folding, and professional pressing/ironing of standard garments and linens.

B. Property Maintenance

This includes Residential Property Maintenance (home cleaning) and Commercial Janitorial Services (office cleaning), as detailed in your specific service plan. Services are performed based on the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Client Obligations and Guarantees

As a Client of AmmyGold Signature, you agree to the following conditions:

A. Safe Access

You must provide a safe, unobstructed, and legal means of entry and exit to the service location. If access is denied or delayed through no fault of AmmyGold, a full or partial cancellation fee may apply.

B. Safety and Security

  • Hazard-Free Environment: You must ensure the service environment (home or office) is safe, including securing or removing any sharp objects, hazardous materials, or unstable furniture.

  • Securing Valuables: Prior to service, you must secure all cash, jewelry, irreplaceable items, and sensitive documents. AmmyGold Signature is not liable for items that are not secured prior to service commencement.

C. Garment Preparation (Laundry)

  • Inspection: You must inspect all garments prior to handover and notify us of any special care instructions, pre-existing damage, or stains that require specific attention.

  • Delicates: Items requiring specific care (e.g., dry cleaning, hand-wash only, or luxury materials) must be clearly segregated and marked, or booked under the Executive Linen Service plan. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not clearly marked or declared.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Fees

A. Payment

B. Pricing

  • Reporting Damage: Any alleged damage must be reported to AmmyGold within 24 hours of the service completion. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

B. Garment Care & Finishing
